The Recruitment Officer is responsible for managing and executing the full cycle of overseas recruitment based on the company’s manpower needs. The candidate must have prior experience working in recruitment or manpower agencies and possess strong knowledge of recruitment solutions for both temporary and permanent contracts, especially from India, Nepal,Pakistan, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Bangladesh. The role requires strong coordination, problem‑solving skills, and familiarity with Saudi labor regulations and recruitment platforms
Key Responsibilities
- Identify manpower needs and coordinate with internal departments to define job requirements.
- Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process from overseas markets, including:
- Selecting suitable recruitment agencies abroad.
- Negotiating prices, timelines, and contract terms.
- Following up on visa issuance, documentation, and deployment.
- Utilize experience in recruitment agencies to provide effective and fast recruitment solutions.
- Handle recruitment for temporary and permanent labor contracts based on company needs.
- Resolve issues related to delays, visa rejections, candidate replacements, or documentation errors.
- Maintain strong relationships with agencies in India, Nepal,Pakistan Indonesia, the Philippines, and Bangladesh.
- Prepare regular reports on recruitment progress, costs, and expected arrival dates.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations and platforms such as:
- Musaned, Enjaz, and Qiwa (when applicable)
- Continuously search for new recruitment sources and competitive agency options.
- Ensure accuracy and timely processing of all recruitment-related documents.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in a recruitment or manpower agency in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong knowledge of overseas recruitment procedures and solutions from:
- India, Nepal, Indonesia, Philippines,Pakistan and Bangladesh
- Hands-on experience with temporary and permanent labor contracts.
- Proficiency in using Musaned, Enjaz, and other relevant platforms.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment requests simultaneously.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
