Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and ensure compliance with project plans.

• Monitor progress and ensure alignment with the project schedule.

• Prepare daily and weekly site reports.

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and government authorities.

• Ensure adherence to quality standards (QC) and safety regulations (HSE).

• Review and approve materials used on-site.

• Resolve technical issues and support decision‑making on-site.

4) Technical Skills

• Strong ability to read Architectural, Structural, and MEP drawings.

• Proficiency in engineering software such as:

  • AutoCAD

  • MS Project or Primavera

  • Advanced Excel

• Solid understanding of construction codes and Saudi building standards.

5) Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.

• Teamwork and leadership capabilities.

6) Additional Requirements

• Valid driving license.

• Willingness to work at different project sites across the Kingdom.

• Knowledge of safety procedures and site risk management.
