Job Title: IT & Cybersecurity Specialist Sector: Operations & Maintenance / Facilities Management Location: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Reporting to: IT Manager / Cybersecurity Lead
Monitor and secure IT infrastructure (networks, servers, endpoints) in compliance with Saudi cybersecurity regulations
Implement and maintain cybersecurity frameworks aligned with NCA Essential Cybersecurity Controls (ECC)
Conduct regular risk assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration tests
Respond to and investigate cyber incidents and data breaches, and document findings
Manage firewalls, antivirus, SIEM systems, and access control policies
Ensure compliance with local and international standards (e.g., NCA, ISO 27001, SAMA Cybersecurity Framework)
Support digital transformation and secure integration of smart facility systems (e.g., BMS, SCADA)
Deliver cybersecurity awareness training to employees and contractors
Coordinate with government entities during audits, inspections, or incident reporting
Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field
Preferred certifications: SANS GIAC, CompTIA Security+, CEH, CISSP, ISO 27001 LA
3–5 years of experience in IT and cybersecurity, preferably in Saudi government or regulated sectors
Strong knowledge of NCA ECC, SAMA regulations, and local compliance requirements
Experience with incident response, network security, and endpoint protection
Arabic language proficiency is a plus; English is essential
Compliance score with NCA ECC and internal audits
Number and severity of security incidents detected and resolved
Time to detect and respond to threats (MTTD/MTTR)
Employee cybersecurity awareness and training completion rates
System uptime and data integrity metrics
