A leading Construction & Facilities Management company is seeking an exceptional:
Sales & Marketing Manager
The successful candidate will be responsible for building and leading the Sales & Marketing function, developing commercial strategies, driving business growth, increasing revenue streams, and establishing a high-performing department.
Key Responsibilities
* Establish and lead the Sales & Marketing Department.
* Develop and execute the company's commercial and growth strategy.
* Design annual sales and marketing plans aligned with corporate objectives.
* Identify and secure new business opportunities.
* Develop sales pipelines and customer acquisition strategies.
* Establish KPIs, performance dashboards, and reporting mechanisms.
* Lead future sales and marketing teams.
* Provide periodic reports directly to the Deputy CEO - Administrative Affairs.
Mandatory Requirements
✔️ Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
✔️ Minimum 10 years of Sales & Marketing experience.
✔️ Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role.
✔️ Proven experience within Construction, Facilities Management, Technical Services, or B2B Contracting sectors.
✔️ Demonstrated success in business development and revenue growth.
✔️ Proven experience in building commercial strategies and sales organizations.
✔️ Strong financial acumen, budgeting, and forecasting capabilities.
✔️ Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
* MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
* Professional certifications in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
* Experience establishing or transforming commercial departments.
